Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. The purchases made from Les Baskets are not eligible for returns/refund/exchange unless stated otherwise. We request all the customers to carefully go through the sizing charts and measurements available on the website to minimize the chances of returns or exchanges. Every diligent order ensures a reduced lead time and a happy customer. Exchanging any item from Les Baskets is only applicable on sizing issues, Please ensure that the garment/sneaker is in the same exact condition as it was when it was shipped, with tags attached. Please go through the sizing charts before placing your order. 

In instances of receival of a faulty product, the customer is required to send in a mail at with the images of the product within 2 days of the product being delivered. Upon examination, if the complaint is found to be legit, an appropriate solution/redressal would be provided for the issue.

Following are the exceptions under which we do offer refunds or returns. 

  • Refunds – We can only process refund requests for products that are unworn and undamaged. To initiate a refund, please send an email to Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.

  • Returns – We accept returns only for damaged products or if the wrong size has been delivered. To request a return, please contact our team. We will carefully assess your request and if approved, you must return the product in its original condition with tags attached and all accessories (laces, hangtags, and other collectibles) included. You must use our protective box or double-box the product in a larger, protective carton or box before sending it back. Once we receive the product, we will thoroughly examine it, and if eligible, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit that will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The resolution process may take up to 30 days, however we will work our best to give you an update as soon as possible. 

  • Cancellations – If you request a cancellation before shipping the product, we will refund the entire amount in the form of store credit within 4-5 working days. However, if you cancel after shipping the product, we will charge a cancellation fee of ₹2,000/- to ₹5,000/- depending on the purchase. We will send you a cancellation email within 24 hours of accepting your request. Please note that we do not entertain any cancellation requests after the product has been shipped.
