Nike and longtime Nike SB partner Brooklyn Projects collaborated to create a makeup of the Dunk High that was reminiscent of paparazzi. The majority of the upper, which also has a pattern reminiscent of camera flashes, is covered in a 3M reflective overlay by the Melrose, California-based skate shop. The transparent outsole also features the same flash pattern, and on the heel is a camera image that contains the Brooklyn Projects logo. The heel collar's crimson velvet panel alludes to the ropes that photographers stand behind.
