The Air Jordan 11 Retro "Cool Grey" 2021 edition revives a hue that was first introduced in 2001 and then retroed in 2010. In honor of the 20th anniversary of the original release, the mid-top construction stays true to the design, showcasing a medium and cool grey nubuck upper with tonal webbing lacing loops and a slick patent leather overlay. A stylised "23" adorns the heel notch, and the lateral ankle is embroidered with the Jumpman emblem in white. A full-length Air-sole unit enclosed in a white Phylon midsole provides lightweight cushioning. For improved responsiveness on the court, a carbon fiber spring plate is visible through the translucent outsole beneath the foot.
