As part of Nike's Hoops Heroes Tour, Michael Jordan made his first trip to Japan, which served as the inspiration for the Air Jordan 1 Low SE "Tokyo 96." The low-top has a leather forefoot overlay in Dutch Blue and an off-white textured suede upper. The eyestay, heel overlay, and lizard-textured Swoosh are all contrasted with Smoke Grey highlights. The latter is embroidered with a vintage Wings emblem in the color Kumquat. The iconic Jumpman trademark is shown on a woven tag that sits atop the exposed foam tongue.
