Refunds

Overview

All purchases made from Les Baskets or any of its representatives are final and binding. The purchases made from Les Baskets are not eligible for returns/refund/exchange unless stated otherwise. We request all the customers to carefully go through the photos, descriptions and technical information available on the website to minimize the chances of returns or exchanges. Every diligent order ensures a reduced lead time and a happy customer. Exchanging any item from Les Baskets is only applicable to products with defects or damage, where the condition of said product was not mentioned prior to the sale, Please ensure that the product is in the same exact condition as it was when it was shipped. Please go through the product specifications before placing your order.In instances of receiving a faulty product, the customer is required to send in a mail at info@lesbaskets.in with the images of the product within 2 days of the product being delivered. Upon examination, if the complaint is found to be legitimate, an appropriate solution/redressal would be provided for the issue.If you have any questions or concerns with regard to technical specifications, quality, material, maintenance or longevity of a specific product on our site, please e-mail us or message us on Whatsapp / Instagram before making a purchase. We'd be more than happy to help you make an informed purchaseFollowing are the exceptions under which we do offer refunds or returns.
  • Refunds - We can only process refund requests for products that are damaged/ show signs of wear. To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@Lesbaskets.in. Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate solution. The product will have to be unused with packaging still intact and with all the necessary accessories for the refund to be processed.
  • Returns - We accept returns only for damaged products or if the wrong product has been delivered. To request a return, please contact our team. We will carefully assess your request and if approved, you must return the product in its original condition with tags attached and all accessories included. You must repack the product in its original protective box before sending it back. Once we receive the product, we will thoroughly examine it, and if eligible, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit that will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The resolution process may take up to 30 days, however we will work our best to give you an update as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations - If you request a cancellation before shipping the product, we will refund the entire amount in the form of store credit within 4-5 working days. However, if you cancel an order after we have shipped the product, we will charge a cancellation fee of ₹2,000/- to ₹5,000/- depending on the purchase value. We will send you a cancellation email within 24 hours of accepting your request. Please note that we do not entertain any cancellation requests after the product has been shipped.
