Les Baskets ("we" and "us") operates the website (www.lesbaskets.in). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
GENERAL
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts of all Technical, decorative, commercial lights and lighting accessories on our website. However, in the rare case of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products from your order to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different model (subject to availability), the same model from a different suppliers/ manufacturer, a different product of the same or greater value, or store credit for the billed amount.
SHIPPING, ORDER, AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders placed with Les Baskets are shipped from our registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Les Baskets offers international/ worldwide shipping on all products purchased from our website. The international shipping is calculated based on the country the order is being placed from, and an estimated amount is shown while checking out. As soon as you place an order with Les Baskets, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bangalore, India, and will reach you within 10 days of placing the order in the case of domestic orders. We try to ensure that international orders reach you in the same stipulated time, however, it is not guaranteed.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. The customer must provide full and valid address and contact details. Les Baskets cannot and will not be held responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details.
Deliveries by our delivery partners will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. All deliveries will be attempted twice, in case of the customer’s inability to receive the package the first time. If the order isn’t received by the customer the second time, the order will be returned to Les Baskets, and an additional fee will be charged for further shipping attempts. In the event that this occurs to your order, please contact us for more details.
Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Les Baskets will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, we cannot be held liable for such after we've dispatched the item from our end. In instances of receiving a damaged-in-transit package, please write us an email at whatsgood@lesbaskets.in Our support team will work with you to come up with a solution to the issue.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
Since customs and duties collection differ in every country, they cannot be predicted- hence any additional duties or taxes charged by the government of the country the buyer resides in and the courier company is deemed to solely be the buyer’s responsibility. Les Baskets cannot and will not be held liable for any additional costs or customs charges levied by local authorities for products ordered on our site.

Terms & Conditions: All purchases made from Les Baskets or any of its representatives are final and binding. The purchases made from Les Baskets are not eligible for returns/refund/exchange unless stated otherwise. We request all the customers to carefully go through the photos, descriptions and technical information available on the website to minimize the chances of returns or exchanges. Every diligent order ensures a reduced lead time and a happy customer. Exchanging any item from Les Baskets is only applicable to products with defects or damage, where the condition of said product was not mentioned prior to the sale, Please ensure that the product is in the same exact condition as it was when it was shipped. Please go through the product specifications before placing your order.

Following are the exceptions under which we do offer refunds or returns.
In instances of receiving a faulty product, the customer is required to send in a mail at whatsgood@lesbaskets.in with the images of the product within 2 days of the product being delivered. Upon examination, if the complaint is found to be legitimate, an appropriate solution/redressal would be provided for the issue.

Following are the exceptions under which we do offer refunds or returns.
- Refunds - We can only process refund requests for products that are damaged/ show signs of wear. To initiate a refund, please send an email to whatsgood@lesbaskets.in. Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate solution. The product will have to be unused with packaging still intact and with all the necessary accessories for the refund to be processed.
- Returns - We accept returns only for damaged products or if the wrong product has been delivered. To request a return, please contact our team. We will carefully assess your request and if approved, you must return the product in its original condition with tags attached and all accessories included. You must repack the product in its original protective box before sending it back. Once we receive the product, we will thoroughly examine it, and if eligible, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit that will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The resolution process may take up to 30 days, however we will work our best to give you an update as soon as possible.
- Cancellations - If you request a cancellation before shipping the product, we will refund the entire amount in the form of store credit within 4-5 working days. However, if you cancel an order after we have shipped the product, we will charge a cancellation fee of ₹2,000/- to ₹5,000/- depending on the purchase value. We will send you a cancellation email within 24 hours of accepting your request. Please note that we do not entertain any cancellation requests after the product has been shipped.
